This website presents our range of medical and rehabilitation equipment. Product listings are for general information and may be updated, changed or withdrawn at any time. Images are illustrative and may differ from the product supplied.

3. Enquiries, quotations and orders

• Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding contract.
• Quotations are offers based on the information you provide and are valid only for the period stated on the quotation.
• A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing and, where required, receive payment or a deposit.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock availability, pricing errors or an unsuitable product selection, in which case any payment made for that order will be refunded.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are given in our written quotation and exclude any delivery, installation or applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms will be set out in the quotation or invoice. Title to goods passes to you only when payment has been received in full.

6. Product warranty

Products are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty where one applies. Warranty terms are provided with the product or quotation. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

You are responsible for ensuring equipment is used, maintained and stored according to the manufacturer's instructions, and by people who have been trained to use it. We are not responsible for damage or injury arising from misuse, unauthorised modification, or use outside the product's stated specifications.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refined Creation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, logos and images, belongs to Refined Creation or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners.
